Redrob operates in the U.S., India, and South Korea, helping businesses streamline hiring and sales processes.
Key Problem
Identified friction in the prompt-based job creation flow, particularly for users accustomed to traditional platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn. The unfamiliar interaction model led to confusion and increased drop-offs. Collaborated with developers to simplify logic and improve backend alignment, ensuring a smoother experience for both users and the development team.
Scope of work
Defined the job creation layout based on competitive analysis and user behaviour research, focusing on familiar patterns from platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn.
